Job Description：
1. According to the company's promotion strategic plan, use various online and offline resources to promote the company's products to achieve the purpose of brand promotion;
2、 Analyze the target customer group and potential customer group, and based on this, formulate feasible promotion plans and implement them, integrate various online and offline channels (such as forum, WeChat, offline media advertising, etc.) to carry out promotion activities, and establish supervision and feedback mechanism for the effect of various promotion methods;
3. Responsible for the planning and production of external advertising brochures, promotional films and internal promotional materials; responsible for the collection, sorting, analysis and planning of market planning and brand promotional activities;
4. Regularly collect relevant information, understand the market industry and competitors' dynamics, organize and analyze, and form reports;
5. Compile all kinds of promotional materials, soft articles, press releases, etc.;
6. Cooperate with marketing department to develop and manage channel / agent;
7. Be able to complete the work delivered by the supervisor.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, etc.;
2. Understand the process of marketing, project planning and activity planning;
3. Strong market analysis ability, judgment, planning ability and keen market insight;
4. Familiar with various content forms, including but not limited to: Weibo / wechat copy and pictures, soft articles, forum posts, event activities, etc.;
5. Outgoing personality, quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication ability and communication skills, with affinity;
6. Responsible, able to work under pressure, no bad work record;
7. Experience in radar system and marine electronic equipment sales is preferred.
